Madre soltera o pareja de hecho

I hope this email finds you well.
My partner and I would like to register for pareja de hecho through declaration before a notary.
She is a single mother with a daughter (1 year old), and no recorgnised father (her family card only contains mother and daughter's names).
As a result she has some benefits from the government, both social and financial and/or discounts.
We have 2 questions;
1- We would please like to know if registering as a couple (pareja de hecho) affects her current benefits as a single mother and/or her daughter. If yes, how so?
2- Is the law different in each autonomous communities (we live in Barcelona)

The answer to the first question is definitely yes, as long as she will be no longer single mother. It wont be automatic, though, it might be that she continues to get the benefits for years but it would be risky anyway.
The answer to the second question is also yes, law varies in each territorie, but precisely if you grant a notary deed you can choose what clauses apply to your relationship.
